Not just a fancy food show, the Fòrum features master classes with leading chefs and tastings and pairings with top sommeliers. This year, the conference is in Girona, a happening university town with a gem of a medieval quarter at its heart. Our itinerary also ventures into the surrounding countryside to meet artisanal food producers and lingers to explore markets in Barcelona. Organized in collaboration with the Catalan tourist board, Consorci Turisme de Catalunya, this trip is open only to food and travel writers. Space is limited.
